Activities

At the Adventure Project we have found that adventure activities can be used to great effect in facilitating personal development and the growth of soft skills in participants.

Our most common therapeutic activity program is a 6 week introduction to adventure skills that introduces clients to 6 adventure skills over 6 half day sessions.

The activities that we use most often to achieve our goals are
