The Adventure Project is a not for profit social enterprise based in the lock keeper’s cottage at Newcomen Bridge on the Royal Canal in North Strand, delivering collaborative Adventure Therapy and Outdoor Education experiences to the local and wider community.
“Our mission is to provide the opportunity for marginalized communities to experience the best outdoor education experiences that Ireland has to offer”
We deliver challenging and meaningful experiences for clients, particularly from marginalized communities, by combining the natural environment, psychological, physical and cognitive challenges and an opportunity for self-reflection and personal motivation for positive change.
